CANCELLATION POLICY AND PROTECTION

We strongly advise that you take out Travel Insurance to protect yourself in the event that you have to cancel your holiday.

Once we have issued you with a confirmation of the reservation you become liable for any remaining amount of rent. In the event of cancellation refunds will not be given. We will make every endeavour to relet the property, but in the event that the property is not relet for the full amount detailed on the booking confirmation you will be held liable for any outstanding amount due. In any event a £35 administration fee will apply plus any incurred expenses.

WE RECOMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE AGAINST ANY UNFORSEEN TRAVEL PROBLEMS.

We reserve the right to change this policy at our discretion.
